About

I am a researcher at the intersection of human factors, HCI, design, and digital mental health, studying how emerging technologies such as VR, AI, and mobile platforms can be translated into real-world interventions that positively shape people's lives. My work combines mixed methods, user experience research, and implementation-oriented evaluation to understand whether technologies are acceptable, effective, and implementable in real settings. Currently, at the HAI Lab, I focus on developing and evaluating digital mental health interventions, including AI chatbots, VR-based exposure therapy, and help-seeking platforms for university students.
